Our services are not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children. In the event we learn that we collected personal data from anyone under the age of 16, and do not have a parent or guardian’s consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

The period for which we will keep your personal data will depend on the type of service you have requested from us. The retention period may be longer than the period for which we are providing services to you where we have statutory or regulatory obligations to retain personal data for a longer period, or where we may need to retain the information in case of a legal claim.

Your data is held within AWOL’s information systems or those of our data processors with whom we have entered into a contract. Your data will be located within the UK unless operational reasons mean that isn’t possible. If personal data is processed outside of the UK, such as within the EEA, it will only be within countries covered by a UK GDPR adequacy decision or that have appropriate safeguards in place.
